MVJBS New Member Form

Help us continue to provide great opportunities to play and listen to live jazz and blues music. Members enjoy half-price admission to our monthly concerts, as well as invitations to special events like the Member Jazz Jam and Holiday Party.

Memberships run from January 1 - December 31. Memberships are half-price after July 1. Paid-in-full memberships made after October 1 are good through December 31 of the following year.
