Mesilla Valley Jazz and Blues Festival

The Mesilla Valley Jazz and Blues Festival is a three day event held annually. This year's is scheduled for October 3-5 and will take place at Mesilla Plaza and NMSU's Atkinson Hall.

Residents of the Mesilla Valley can start anticipating the free jazz and blues event of the year – the 23rd annual Mesilla Valley Jazz and Blues Festival in Mesilla. From Oct. 3-5, 2025, music lovers will be treated to continuous live jazz and blues artists on the Mesilla Plaza. Ensembles are currently being lined up and will showcase area favorites such as blues music by Sam Barlow and his True Blue Band and Azucar bringing us Latin jazz.

Offered by the Mesilla Valley Jazz & Blues Society and sponsors, these festival concerts are FREE and open to the public.
